Added seperate version that doesn't affect guns

Made Item Tweaker API mod required to activate the Item Tweaker version

Removed some entries in the weapons file that were unchanged to improve compatibility with other mods such as the Ammo €& Magazine icon MOD

Added seperate Item Tweaker version of mod.
Rebalanced some values that were too high.
