Fixed player health 5 hit option
Fixed zombie run speed when changing starting round
Added options for melee and headshot extra points
Added a couple more starting points options
Added option to make zombies always sprint
Added max zombie count option
Added option to remove spawn delay
Added option to start game with the RK5
