Increased the range of the resource collector, so it can pick up rods from a further distance. Fixed the last few icons that were missing. Some more minor changes.

Fixed the problem with vacuum pumps, they can pump oil now. Fixed the invisible/disappearing foliage. Fixed the issue about container stack sizes. Fuel and consumable container slots' stack sizes is now higher.
