Fixed a missing bracket in a file.

- Removal of dependency on dynamic tags and created own tag file with working colors that will not overwrite vanilla files. (Enables addition of more puppets without limitations, and adds some relevant colors to players without La Resistance)
- Addition of Caribbean and Central Africa.
- Compatibility patch submod made for RT56. Click here to access it.
