Massive Updates to vehicle body, interior, and internal systems.

-Redesigned Body
-Added ability to refuel and recharge (still consumes a lot of fuel and battery)
-Reworked Engine and adjacent system configuration resulting in much better performance, less slipping, and less overheating.
-Added catalytic converter to reduce emissions that would block backup camera
-Added interior light
-Reverse moved to vehicle hotkey
-Parking Brake now enabled by default
-E-Brake moved to "trigger"
-Ignition replacing previously used starter button

Updated BTAS Batmobile.

-Monitor 1 (drivers side) has been switched to a rear facing camera. Monitor 2 still receives external transmissions.
-Numerous changes to vehicle frame and interior to allow engine to better cool. Runs a bit hot while idling, but shouldn't overheat.
-RPS adjustments made to engine for same reason as cooling changes
-Vehicle control changes, clutch and canopy routed to drivers seat controls. Physical clutch removed.
