Grudgebringers Update:

- all Grudgebringer units now have their unique banners (Ragnar's Wolves and the Elf units will get theirs when the Norscan and Wood Elves banners from the main mod get released)
- Added banners to the Feastmaster's Exiles from Halflings
- Added banners to the Carrion Goblins from Ugma Tribe
- Added banners to the custom units from Citadel of Dusk

Thanks to Crisord, new banners have been added to the mod. He send me many cool designs which I could use.

Halflings:
- Added banners to Militia
- Added banners to Cooks (2 variants) + RoR (unique variant)
- Reworked banners for Glibfoot's Damned and Fighting Cocks
- Halfling Infantry recieved a lot more variety, they have 10 banner variants now.

Grudgebringers:
- Unique Banners for Countess Guard and Vannheim's 75th
- small adjustment for the Carlsson Guard banner
