- added surface name lookup (in addition to MAT_ type)
- added gravel sounds thanks to feature above
- water plays WITH actual footstep/turn/land/jump sound, not instead of
- removed concrete sound fallback as it was breaking some things like ladder sounds
- added more material types to registry
