Quick fix 1.1.2

This update is pushing out a bunch of Military Generals for France, England, Austria, and Russia. Also updating the version up to 1.8.2. although we haven't added any content for 1.8.2 such as MTG's related content.

Discarded some military until fact checking was completed.
