Forgot to remove "$nocull 1" in the golden net vmt file.

Edited the mesh of the nets to give them two sets of faces, allowing them to be lit properly instead of relying on $nocull to avoid an invisible inside.

Workshop icon changed. Wanted to make it much more apparent there's a lot of tools here!
