- Added the crown as a bodygroup and prop
- Added a tool to change the colour of the body and decals for npcs and ragdolls (may upload as a separate addon since it would work with the mount your friends playermodel or similar)

The tool doesnt seem to have any errors but if you get any please tell me about them, the only thing i know of that i cant fix is that the decal colour is remembered (meaning if you colour one ragdolls decal red, the next ragdoll you spawn will already have their decal red without you doing anything)

- Removed the decal bodygroup, now all you have to do is change the skin
- The viewmodel arms now match the costume and decal
