Previously, when increasing the drop chances of Secret Histories ingredients/items, I had formatted the strings incorrectly, causing them not to drop at all instead. Whoops! Fixed it now

Doubled the frequency of my custom SH ingredients/tools in the generic vault pools to reduce grinding (Particularly in my apostle mod)
Fixed some inconsistencies over which History was the 4th and which was the 5th.
