## AI Usage
~ Added: Ermine Cloak innovation system. Any culture reaching this late middle age innovation will actually unlocks the hermine cloak to its kings and above. On top of that, any duke sharing the culture will be allowed to use the vanilla Royal Cloak.
~ Added: Western high nobles and above will use white gloves upon reaching High Middle Age era.
~ Improved: Ermine necklace will be assigned under the same conditions as the ermine cloak (50% spawn chance).
~ Improved: Holy Order cloak and hood SHOULD match character's tabard color and will only be assigned to Holy Order rulers.
~ Improved: Holy Order cloak (commoner version) will be assigned to known witches and low born spy masters.
~ Improved: more complex plate armor character weight/prowess conditions to avoid clipping.
~ Improved: unified non-DLC Norses clothing behaviour to DLC Norses (tribal government & germanic religion checks).
~ Changed: western and northern commoners now have 25% to wear the commoner cloak.
~ Changed: if you own the DLC, Anglo-Saxons, Old-Saxons and Scottish will use Northern clothing.
~ Fixed: Norses won't use the laurel wreath anymore.
~ Fixed: Northern characters had no hat due to bad clothing_trigger handling.

## Expanded barbershop
~ Added: Necklace barbershop category (and genes) to allow deeper customization.
~ Added: Hands barbershop category (and genes) to allow deeper customization.
~ Changed: religious assets now have a white icon in the barbershop.
~ Improved: cloaks barbershop handling when not using Extended Barbershop (game rule).

## Backstage changes
~ Changed: separated holy order clothing in two groups (black and white).
~ Improved: common hood uses a separate color palette to avoid being the same color as the clothes it covers.
~ Improved: passed on more clothing triggers 1.3.0 optimization.
~ Improved: removed cfp_portrait_norse_clothing_trigger checks from clothes are those became deprecated after 1.3.0.
~ Fixed: cloaks AI handling for norses.

## Strings and translations

## Known issue
* Commoner cloak can clip with some commoner headgears. Looking for a clean way to fix it without dealing with potato coding.
* The commoner cloak model failed the blendshape export. Some clipping may happen.
* 3D exporter is still bugged and being worked on. Armor will keep clipping, it should simply happen less frequently on AIs.

CFP is now compatible with 1.3.0!

~ Added: Big Moustache model variation for Northern Lords DLC owners.

~ Changed: merged all 1.3 changes to genes, modifiers and barbershop files (hairstyles, beard, clothes, legwear, headgear, cloaks, misc).
~ Changed: religious clothes and headgears are no more part of the expanded barbershop rule as they are made available vanilla.

~ Improved: Northern Lords legwear is now available in the Expanded Barbershop to DLC owners.
~ Improved: CFP longship is now darker and more saturated so it does not appear too bright next to the Northern Lords one.
~ Improved: CFP longship animations. Sail is bigger and ropes are properly bound to it.

~ Changed: crowned nasal to use the western jagged circlet.
~ Changed: crowned topf helm to use the latest Roman Crown.
~ Improved: crowned helmets don't use pre-order DLC materials no more. They are therefore unlocked to everyone.
~ Improved: slight material and coloring adjusments on many models.
~ Fixed: Cuman high nobility tall hat random coloring was not working (it was always yellow).
~ Fixed: incorrect pattern scale in several models.
