Changes v 1.1

1. Used ctrlXSliderH type=43 as slider control type
2. Reduce the width of the slider in the toolbar.
3. Change the color from black to white for the slider to increase the contrast
4. (little bonus) Add a event handler which resets the slider and scaling to default on double click.
