- Fixed Genoa leader in 867 having no dynasty. Genoa itself as a normal republic still does not exist till 1066.

- Made it so Venice has at least 2 consistent families in 993

- Fixed missing Pisa title history though Pisa as a Res Republica republic does not exist till the 1018 bookmark

- Fixed the House of Visconti that's part of Pisa to not have the same CoA as the House of Visconti that's in Milan

- Fixed an issue with some rulers in 769 not being able to have wars declared on them

- Made it to tributaries and suzerains can't declare holy wars on one another

Some small bug fixes and some file changes to further improve mod compatibility

Res Republica integration. All historical republics for all bookmarks are in with some variations with each such as the Republic of Genoa having its 1 year term limits. Each Republic has their historic houses that they had in HIP CK2 with exceptions being times where the House head of a family was the Pope or ruling territory outside the Republic (Res Republica limitation relying on house heads to make Patricians).

- Ragusa and Venice fixed to be Republics in 769

- Cinque Ports republic added to Channel Islands

- Gotland Republic added in earlier bookmarks and a few in the 1100's during its short resurgence
