- Minor history fix for 867 to make k_swabia not exist.

- Primarily sea tile alterations to fix areas that were too quick of jumps (Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Aegean Sea) or were not consistent with other nearby sea paths such as 3 paths of all the same length but one path was 2 instead of 3 tiles which was mainly some parts of the Mediterranean. Who knows maybe it taking longer to get to the Persian Gulf may mean the AI no longer thinks that's a quick way to get to Jerusalem.
