- Added some limitations to various titles to prevent some silly occurrences in earlier bookmarks such as the King of Italy making every single title and prevent the titular titles in Britannia from making the Kingdom titles
- Technically was in yesterdays update. Pushed Absolute Crown Authority to the Renaissance Era (which is now added with that mod being integrated). Fits better to have an Absolute Monarch be in an era where they started to become a thing. Pushed High Crown Authority into the High Medieval from Early Medieval
- Made a new decision to create the k_england title for the earliest bookmarks so the other titles get properly destroyed and fix any de jure issues. Disabled the normal ability to create the title if you hold one of the heptarchy titles to force the use of the decision.

- I'm bad at changelogs but all previous updates mainly focused on more work on Japan which is mostly done now, fixing up various bookmark issues, updating files for Rajas of Asia compatibility, and other assorted bug fixes. Can always check the git for specific files updated.
