- Updated the window_character.gui file to deal with the liege council button sometimes not working
- Added scripting for all the bookmarks to set various marches and palatinates

- Weakened vassal contributions for some of the more decentralized Kingdoms in Europe such as Poland during the Fragmentation (and made the King unable to revoke the ducal titles) and France. Also weakened ERE levy contributions to make the ERE less able to easily steamroll its neighbors

- Minority system changes to make counties that are converted not have migrations for 5 years

- Fix for crashes that occur for Mac users

- Altered the 'free tributary' interaction to always be visible rather than be outright hidden when you're at war. Also made it actually have a description.

- Bug fix for tributaries which made claim casus belli make the conqueror take on the tributary status of the title they're claiming. No longer will your King suddenly find himself subjected to demands to pay tribute because he took some random county.
