Fix:

- The Eagles' Nest was not automatically placed if playing the Eagle Bot faction
- The Marquise's fortress was not automatically placed if the Marquise Bot faction was playing
- In the Italian version, 3D buildings of Underground Duchy do not spawn if the standard setup was selected
- In the Italian version, the 3D building miniatures were not loaded if the advanced setup was selected
