Moved settings menu to Utility/OnTheMatter, for consistency's sake.

Added Hover Frisbee, which doesn't move along the z-axis.

Made Combat Frisbee MK4 admin-only (uh oh), and tweaked it a fair amount as well, it's probably more OP now.

Added Vacuum Frisbee, which can be turned on and off and slides around like a roomba, cleaning up what it touches and eating up small props and gibs.

Added Extremely OP Combat Frisbee MK4, true final boss

1-19-21 : I changed the icon from that horrible, cringey blue mess to a simplistic one of an image I've had forever; I should have just gone with this to begin with.
