- Removed Scrap Metal Foundry research requirement "fix". To maximize compatibility, my tech tree is independent but the fix requires overwriting the base tech tree. This would mean choosing between that minor fix and compatibilty with mods that affect that particular tree (including Misha's Resource Upgrade mod). I've decided to just leave it be for now.
