Several Balance Changes:
Hero Stat Changes:
Base crit chance reduced by 1% (5%>4%)

Artifact Buff Changes:
Calm Mind's Stresshealing buff reduced from 50% to 25%
Self-Immolation's damage reflection buff increased from 30% to 40%
Invoke Enenra's damage buff decreased from 150% to 100%
Bustling Gale's crit buff increased from 30% to 40%
Thalassic Remedy's additional hp healed buff scaling reduced (2>6 to 2>4)

Small tooltip fix

Base Stats:

+1% Crit at all levels of weaponry

Moves:

Self-Immolation:
Base Damage Reflection increased by 5% at all ranks

Calm Mind:
Removed -Stress received buff with artifact, replaced with +stresshealing done buff with artifact
Added a Stressheal that affects all other heroes. This amount is affected by the artifact buff

Thalassic Remedy:
Min and Max healing done without artifact increased by 1 at all ranks

Artifacts:
Since artifact spawn rate isn't 100% like anti, value can be increased more.
Artifact value increased from 1000g to 1500g

Trinkets:

Enthralled Teru Teru Bozu:
Crits Received debuff increased by 1% (4%>5%)

Added Schinese loc.
Disabled some common SI enemy barks, since they occurred way too often
