Multiplayer fix for missing initial DM event.

The DM got his hands on the worst part of AtE:FF and has decided everyone should suffer from the Ruina Imperii event!

Fixed an issue with the Space Pebble not giving the correct speed bonus.

New Events:

-Eternity Stones, totally not the Infinite Stones for copyright reasons.
-Rabies, just when you thought it was safe to own a dog.

New Event: The Network. The DM will offer (force upon) random rulers a 5G network, a technology given to him by the Lizard People. Moo.
Wyvern armor no longer has a broken active trigger.
