- Replaced UT99 content with UT2004 counterparts

- Fixed missing texture on a plank near the Lightning Gun

- Fixed top of Rocket Launcher room visible through the skybox

- Added sounds for players stepping on puddles and creaky wood planks

- Elevator now emits sounds when moving and won't move if a player doesn't leave it

- Forgot to change a few textures, sorry.

- Replaced all Counter-Strike Source content with the original counterparts from UT2004

- Added decorative props that i forgot to add initially

- Added UT99 pickups

- Increased water puddles' opacity
