V0.19 - General patches (Bugs)

• Small patch to allow Titan types to wear Hive vests.
  
• Set Flint & Steel to unique recruits. They will no longer rapidly spawn post recruitment.
  
• Squashed Hive trader bug. Created dialogue for Eastern trader huts to prevent players from shopping until they complete the quest.

• Buffed Titans to have 2.0 Hunger compared to 2.1.
  
• Buffed Worker Titan to have 1x Strength.
  
• Buffed Soldier Titan to have 1.4x Strength to balance out nerfs.
  
• Greatly reduced slave buy value from 1000% to 120% to both Titan types
  
• Eastern Hive will occassionally visit to trade goods.
