Many balance changes including:

-Red wall south of central VP extended
-Wall next to central VP destroyed, sandbag cover added
-Wall near starting point 2 blocked to match the bottlenecked nature of the opposing base.
-Probably some more things

-Altered spawns for US Base

-Added sound on fires

-Added more vehicle wrecks so each side of the map is able to salvage equal fuel with OKW
