- Improved c_arms rig.
- Re-adjusted weightpaint for the lower arms and wrists.
- Re-adjusted weightpaint for the dress jigglebones.
- Added jigglebones for the pouch string.
- Slightly modified pouch string mesh.
- Reduced gloss of cane prop's gem material.
- Improved brass shader material for the hat prop.
- Added missing vgui for NPCs.
