Adjustments
Changed recipe lookup to use Wiki.gg instead of Fandom for most users. People using Chinese localization are still directed to Fandom at the moment. Let me know if something goes wrong here.
Planar defense will not show when it is zero, unless you hold inspect.
Some more Chinese translations have been added thanks to kind volunteers.
