changed lost pulse a bit

-freeze is now timed correctly to the music, the BPM was a bit off due to how confused i was at once point

-lost pulse got a small change to how it changes through the four 3D layers, pretty much unnoticable though

-tap it tap it reversalisation's scoring system now works on how many times you've tapped, instead of level time, because it would make you want to tap less, so you dont make the level harder, now it shouldnt be a problem

-all seeing eye's orbit-rotation is slightly different
