Add support for the 9/14/2022 game update, the new DLC and 2 Content Creator Packs:
Plazas & Promenades DLC
Mid-Century Modern CCP by REV0
Seaside Resorts CCP by Gèze

- Fix the Harmony patch broken by the new game update

- Add 3 growable filter tabs for the wall-to-wall types introduced by the new DLC

- Add a network filter tab for the new zonable paths introduced by the new DLC

- Add a ploppable filter tab for the new service points introduced by the new DLC

- Update district style filter to include the Mid-Century Modern style by REV0

- Update DLC filter and Creator filter to include the new DLC and CCPs

- Show icons of the new DLC & CCPs on asset thumbnails

- UI changes

- Add an option to allow assets creators to define and hide dependency assets (disabled by default)

If enabled, assets with creator_hidden or #creator_hidden in the description will be excluded from future search results
These assets are always accessible under the creator_hidden option in the extra filters panel

Assets tagged as hidden will be hidden from future search
You can use this tag to hide dependency assets
Use the custom tag panel to see assets tagged as hidden
Remove the hidden tag to make the assets appear again
