Fixed popcorn buff to not popcorn invalid items from mods

Fixed delay when you the owner of the server key is not online. All will now be near instant.
Fixed bugs in many of the buffs for reliability.

Fixed bug where queue event notifcation would show with no queue
Fixed Bug where 2 people couldn\'t access the custom dino spawn categories UI at the same time
Server will now reset the base dino categories on each server restart for those not using custom categories as a safety check.
Gift Bags have been weighted more towards weapons than saddles.

Fixed the incorrect spawns when using custom categories.

Added many new sexy features to this amazing work of art including things such as: A new visual cooldown queue system so your amazing viewers can see when they have bought a event that is already on cooldown!

Reworked the whole beautiful backend of this lady to make her more reliable.

This update requires a fresh install of the mod. Please uninstall the mod, start your server and do a world save. Then shut down your server and add the mod again. This is a safety measure to ensure there is only one Control Actor in the world. You will need to set up your dino categories again. We will be adding debugging into the release version of the mod soon along with a UI to retrigger events that may not happen.

Re-cook and upload to fix possible corrupt cook of last update.

Attempted to fix dinos that are spawned in not aggroing the player. (This may still need more work)

If you get too far away from spawned dinos, they will TP to you. There\'s nowhere to hide now!

Dinos spawned using the extension will now spawn closer to the player.
