Table size and player hand location updated.
Mouse hover text updated.

Increased the table size and changed the location of the players...everyone should fit on the same edge of the table, now.
Rearranged some of the playing space to bring things closer together on the larger table.
Reworked the Map cards.
Made the extra tokens infinite.
Added some more mouse-over information.
