1.09 Update

Fixed Cabin Fever thought. Your foxes finally won't get it anymore :)

Complete rework of pawnkinds and faction stuff under the hood. It shouldn't break existing saves. Vulpes now will appear among all vanilla factions! Vulpes are now may appear in your starting colonists preset if you choose vanilla factions. Vulpes now will drop from escape pods way more often! And maybe you'll be lucky enough to buy some from slave traders...

Reduced base cost of vulpes from 5000 down to 3000

Restricted few more negative traits that in my opinion do not match vulpes.

And a bunch of very small fixes that i do not remember.
