+ Crawl now gives Toon Link an even lower hurtbox
+ If TL is beeg, his crawl has a hitbox so that he may krush
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed shield hitbox still being active during crawl, and made exiting crawl slightly smoother

Buffs
+ Toon Link can now observe
+ Arrows now send at more accurate angles, meaning they're better at killing off the top if sent up, and can spike if sent down (they are weaker when spiking however, as is KoB standard, and particularly light arrows get much weaker when spiking for obvious reasons)
Nerfs
- Toned down UTilt spike a little
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Toon Link can now crawl
+ Arrows now have a trail effect, which should look much nicer
+ Misc hitpause and hit effect tweaks

+ Increased hitbox sizes for a few moves (ex: FAir, NAir, BAir, FTilt, etc)
+ NAir and BAir can now be cancelled during endlag on hit, to help with combos
+ NAir has a more effective sourspot that send opponents upward for combos
Nerfs
- Toned down FTilt spike a little

+ Improved and rearranged some alts, and replaced Matt alt with Villager alt

+ If Toon Link loses ownership of his boomerang (for example when Villager pockets it), it will no longer count towards the cooldown (basically, he'll still be able to use it, just like in Smash)
+ Added some new wind SFX to Whirlwind, and updated Whirlwind sprite
+ Canon and Boss modes now have passive tornadoes spawning

- Fixed various issues when getting hit by moves that don't deal hitstun (ex: NSpecial charge being reset, hurt sfx being played, etc). Now those things should only happen if TL actually entered hitstun, as intended
