Removed the close combat weapon from all units. (There were a lot I may have missed one, but I tried :P)

Reworked vehicle squadrons to be their minimum strength like in the table top. This is giving me an opportunity/reason to look into techs to increase squad sizes.

I went through and modified any squads that were not minimum strength though I feel that this mainly only hurt the tyranid players but now zoanthropes are a 2 round build time so there is that. Spore mines are bad though.

I double checked and reworked all unit price and upkeep values by an equal amount of increase and decrease to their respective sizes. (Again there were a lot so I may have missed some.)
