- Added the Ion Storm effect to the Scrin's Storm Column military stations.
- Torpedo Frigate now uses the Invader model instead of the Stormrider model.
- Misc. re-scaling to fit vanilla ship sizes.

- Added a new Scrin model based on the Alien ship from C&C: Tiberian Sun for the Exploration Ship from the NSC mod.
