Releaseble Moravia and 50% chance to be at war with them if you are as emerging outlook in civil war against nationalist outlook.

Fixed:

New Focuses now have descriptions
Renamed decisions category to be more relevant
Protectorate of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg now doesn't have only generic focus tree but it has EU generic focus tree

Moravia now has only generic EU focus tree, generic leaders, no special names of parties. I'll do that in next update. (It also has same tech tree as CZ but in tech description you have changed every "czech" to "moravian" ;) )
