Battery gain:
*Flipped function, now it only gain when Nolan got hit and on death.
*The gain increase as Nolan become more broke

Big Mac should only be avaible after Nolan ran empty of resource or being in disadvantage some time. not the other way around that just adding more tools when he already stacked from hitting people and get coin.


Laser:
--KB decrease heavily and split hitbox, from 10 - 1.2 to 9 - 1 and 9 - .6, the kb fall off if opponent is 300px away from Nolan.
--Damage decrease from 20 to 6 and 4 for 2 hitboxes
--Range is limited
***Can be use with ONE battery, any subsequence battery make Nolan fire again in rapid.
