add 2-1 helmets

M250 - increased ROF slightly, changed the recoil pattern/dispersion to feel more like an MG, slight decrease to ammo weight
BR - removed full auto capability and slight decrease to damage (this is to make the BR be less of a one stop shop weapon, you wont notice the damage decrease on most
enemies)
DMR - removed full auto capability and added new 15rnd DMR mags to use with the current mags
- the DMR ammo does considerable more damage and will out perform the BR at range (this makes DMRs a relevant weapon to strike fear into the URF)
BMR - added the 15rnd DMR mags, all other capabilities remained the same
MA5B M301 - new 40mm rounds in testing (may get tweaked in the future)
- M301 1rnd 40mm HE (better than base game 40mm but at an increase in weight)
- M301 3rnd 40mm HE (same idea but 3 rounds)
- M301 1rnd 40mm HEDP (this weighs as much as the 3rnd HE but packs a serious punch, meant for light vehicles and fortifications)
General Ammo - JHP rounds will do slightly less damage when hitting armored targets when compared to AP rounds
Armor Balancing - Not sure if this was pushed previously, but some slight tweaking to values
M52A Crewman armor - Custom armor for Vulcan
Ace throwable explosive feature added to OPTRE explosives (50/50 this makes it in tonight)
Elephant WIP - is currently very Tokyo drifty

Fixed mag bug and helmet inheritance bug, switches some pilot helmets, changes hev insides and adds some drops
