Fixed the ttt_paper_plane_target_jester ConVar.

Custom Roles:
- Stop the paper plane from targeting jesters [BROKEN].

Note:
This update introduced the the targeting jesters ConVar but it was broken since it didn't check for the bool value.
Problem was solved in the next update.

The Paper Plane is now compatible with CR (Custom Roles).

Fixed a problem which caused ttt_paper_plane_limited_stock not to work.

+ Added the Paper Plane as inflictor (shows now in the death reason for players)
- Removed glow effect when rendering a healthbar
