Decently large update this time! Changes some core parts of the skin - I hope it's not too different

- New hit/hold lighting
- 4K Columnsize 96 -> 105
- 7K Columnsize 71 -> 64
- ComboPosY -205 -> -180
- Stage borders are now thinner and simpler
- Receptors facelift (now glossy and less blurry)
- Column lighting facelift
- Shrunk health bar
- Grades are now included
- Custom score numbers added
- Score, rating, and KPS are now hidden in gameplay (Only acc remains). The scale for them is just 0 so you can easily bring them back with skin.ini
- The new changes will move the judgeline compared to before. Sorry if that causes playability issues. You can play around with skin.ini (ColumnSize and ReceptorPosOffsetY) to make it how you want it
- Cleaned up skin.ini
- Added [MenuBorder] section
- Removed "WidthForNoteHeightScale" line since it's a broken feature for now
- Moved custom hitsounds to extras
- Removed old lighting extras and moved previous default lighting to extras as a legacy option. You'll need to change lighting scales in skin.ini to use them
- Removed unused skip folder
- Updated thumbnail
