Changed how weapons are stripped during transformation, should prevent issue where Ravenous was stuck in scoped view.

Added ConVar ttt2_rav_alert to configure the playerwide alert when Glutton transforms into Ravenous
Modes:
0 - Only transforming player alerted
1 - Everyone alerted
2 - Traitors alerted
