Removed "OLD" POI Prefabs files from the scenario as many were causing bugs , some refrances to some of these are still present int he scenario and will be removed later "generates console message of some POIs not spawning"

Planets can now be 1LY up to 80 LY apart
SV can now Warp up to 15 LY
CV can now warp 100 LY
Teleporter CV range 30 LY

Updated some POI's with teleporters such as Polaris Trading Post to be online allowing teleport outbound functions

Fixed an issue with the Drone Base not spawning on Starter Worlds
Updated Player Start Worlds to all have the same POI's and some Random Ones
Corrected Difficulty on all Start worlds , now the descriptions are more accurate

Added an Ultra Hard Start on the Planet Vhoratan, a High Gravity world with a CV Patrol Ship(Patrol Ship needs some work) and High Level NPC's

The Second, Wolf 359
Start Worlds Beta 12, Dagobah & Endor *Names are placeholders*
The 3rd and 4th are still in development and have no player starts, they are Emo & Silo *Names are placeholders*
** Custom Systems are located near each other
The Galaxy is Enabled in this scenario
