Misc
- Removed taunt limit because the effort required to both keep that gag in and add workshop compatibility was just not worth it
- Made taunt sound actually fit in the length of the taunt
- Fixed oversight where Up Special and Forward Special don't refresh the moment you die
- You can taunt in the air... this is the side effect of getting an abyss rune to work but it's not worth patching out
