i lied, here's boot gamefeel update (?)

boot
- becomes hitpaused when hit, taking a few frames (or more) to move
- boot flashes while in the air (to better indicate it's active)
- hitting boot has different sfx depending on kb scaling
- hitting it with different angles actually sends it in different directions

misc
- fair has a more inwards hitbox and is slightly wider
