v0.18

Added a gimmick playtest that can be accessed by holding taunt during the countdown.

The gimmick
- ugh meter
- Activate by presing both parry and special at once
- Infinite jumps and cancellable aerials while active
- While the meter is active, knockback adjustment raises from x1.2 to x2

Nuances of the gimmack
- Meter is lost when getting hit, and even more meter is lost when getting hit while the meter is active
- 50% of the meter is lost upon death, all of it if the death happened while the meter is active
- Aerials and specials (except nspecial) generally fill up the meter faster than ground moves
- Nspecial fills up the meter the slowest due to the kind of playstyle I fear it promoting
- Jumps are instantly replenished upon activating the meter and when the meter runs out

Physics
- Reverted the reversion, physics are now as they were in v0.13
Reason: I'm just gonna leave it like this for now and see how things play out. It makes no sense that a "jigglypuff with a sword" fighter should be falling faster than heavyweights.

Dash Attack
- Adjusted visuals
- Changed hitbox positions/sizes
Reason: Hitboxes were needlessly massive before and it was hard to tell when the move was active, this should alleviate that.
