Improved the structure clustering algorithm.
Reduced vertical ray trace to improve in cave detection.

Removed some stupidly difficult creatures from the hard tier.
Added a new custom command for the mod.
Fixed a bug stopping the waves from working as intended.

Added flyer raids for when there are no valid ground coords and a small random chance of one.
Changed the wave structure to be much more difficult at higher difficulties.
Added more messages to the player.
