- Indoor/Outdoor and Decay buttons now update the tile below the BorderChanger immediately.

Added a button to toggle between Move / Copy tiles, since sometimes you just want to move to a new location instead of copying tiles.
-added some new Water materials to the DLC Floors list which I forgot to add.
