-Updated navmesh
-Repacked the map
-(hopefully) fixed invisible model bug ,that was happening on some low-game setting configs that were trying to use nonexistant LOD models.
-added "waiting for players" stopper and wrong team notifications
-switched "the start the sequence" buttons into teleports

-Fixed the sequence button not being restricted to RED team only
-Added respawnroom trigger for the BLU inside the spawn (even though the map is meant to be played as RED, it's still nice to have)
-Changed the fridge to use the already existing halloween textures for the exterior
