-Examinatrons now increase the output of planetary research jobs by +5% (from +7.5%) but now also decrease the upkeep of planetary research jobs by -5%.
-Removed Examinatron research point production.
-Updated (and hopefully improved) Examinatron job icon.
-Removed Leader Experience Gain modifiers from Calculatronic Subprocesses and Research Corporation civics.
-Added +1 Research Alternatives modifier to Research Corporation civic.

-Overwrites to habitat capital buildings to ensure they also provide Examinatron jobs.
