v2.6.5

- Added a new Neighbor bookcase

- Added a new Keycard door (leads to the 5th floor library room)

- Added a new way to get to the 5th floor bedroom

- Added a sonar in the "haunted" room (for kids team to use)

- Updated the theatre room

- Fixed some issues

- Polished some stuff

- Removed the mannequin room

- Removed the gate in the 1st floor bedroom

- Changed some of the wallpapers

- Minor changes

The big focus of this update is to optimize some stuff, hopefully better FPS this time around

- Fixed an issue that causes the ghost neighbor to be able to transform to the physical form even when the yellow light is turned on (in the fourth floor)
